It's my birthday and I want to give a free session away to one deserving person/family. If you went through or are going through hardships, you are the family I am looking for. It could be financially, physically or emotionally. If you know someone who would love to win a session with me, feel free to nominate them. Maybe this family is dealing with a deployed spouse and would love to send updated photos of the kids, it could be a family who has a child battling a terminal illness or a family that just simply can not afford professional photography.
To enter, you must meet all the qualifications. If not, another person will be drawn. Winner will receive a free 1 hour photo session with 20 high resolution images on disc. To enter, please read and follow the details below.

Must live in Winston-Salem or be willing/able to travel to Winston for the session.
1 hour outdoor session with immediate family only. (No newborns since it will be an outdoor session.)
Deadline for entries will be January 7, 2012. Winner of session will be announced on facebook and this blog on January 10th. Winner must have the session between the dates of January 2012 to the end of March 2012.
Must be willing to let me share your story on facebook/blog/etc. You never know who this will impact. Someone else may be going through the same thing and may need some encouragement.

Below are photos from my 30th birthday last year. My amazing husband took me to the beautiful land of Costa Rica. We had the time of our lives ziplining, trying new food, hiking, exploring, canyoneering, snorkeling, repelling off huge waterfalls and enjoying the hot springs.
